Can I get training for using HappySignals Platform?

HappySignals comes packed with features to support you and your organization in putting the IT Experience Management Framework (ITXM™) into practice.

To get you started, we've compiled some resources to help you make the most of the platform. We highly recommend you check them out as you begin your HappySignals and ITXM journey.

How to use HappySignals Platform

How to learn about new features or changes

We're continuously improving the platform and introducing new features to serve the needs of IT teams better! You can stay up to date on our latest releases and learn how to make use of new features through:

    We document additions and changes to the platform from each release here. 
  • In-platform guides
    We let you know about the latest releases when you log in to the platform through pop-ups or walkthroughs that highlight the new features or changes to existing ones!
  • Product Training Sessions (coming soon) 
    We host and record regular Product Training Sessions for all our customers. All of these recordings are available in the Product Training Session section.
