Which employee data questions should I ask?
We recommend not to ask all available employee data questions immediately, but to select a few relevant ones based on what areas of IT you are currently measuring or planning to measure.
For example, if you are measuring both tickets and laptops, you might select a few questions relevant to tickets, such as Role category and IT skills, and a few relevant to laptops, such as Adopting new tools and Work time spent on computer.
All selected employee data questions will be shown to your employees at the same time, after the main survey, regardless of whether they are responding to the laptop survey or the ticket-based survey.
Here is our recommendation on which questions to choose per IT measurement area:
Overall IT - measurement area
Most relevant questions: Role category, Frequency of external customer work, Share of remote work, Work time spent on computer
Potentially useful questions: Supervisory role, Adopting new tools

(Note! When you measure incidents and choose to ask the IT Skills or Problem-solving behaviour question, both questions are shown to employees by default. A combination of these two questions creates separate IT Support Profiles which you can utilise, especially when developing ticket-based service experiences.)
