๐ŸŽ‰ New: Ask Additional Questions to get detailed insights

We've just rolled out Additional Questions on HappySignals! Weโ€™ve heard your needs for more flexibility in understanding different aspects of employee IT experience. With this release, you can now craft your own questions that follow after our standardized surveys, to get detailed insights tailored to your organizationโ€™s unique needs.

Depending on what you ask, you can dig deeper into reasons for poor experiences, gather ad-hoc insights for planning or assessing the impact of IT projects, or even understand topics outside of HappySignals' standard measurement areas.

๐ŸŽ‰ New: Search category names to find your data

We've rolled out a search bar upgrade to make it easier for you to find your data โ€“ no need to search for hard-to-remember filter titles!

You can now also search for category names, e.g. "Country", "Language", "Location", to quickly view and select filters from the matching category. You can do this with all filter search bars across the platform, e.g. on Experience page, Measure section, Improve Overview page, during Additional Questions creation, etc. Watch this demo to see how it works!
