      Employee Data

      Employee Data: know them better, serve them better

      IT knows everything about devices and technology, but lacks a real understanding of employees.

      While still anonymous, Employee Data shows you much more information about employees’ work habits and patterns. This brings your IT decision-making to another level.

      Even employees in similar roles may have different needs, depending on whether they are supervisors, how much they work remotely, or how often they interact with external customers.
      Employee Data gives you another layer of data and insights. You’ll understand each of your unique employees, be able to make better decisions, and improve your IT services.
      With AI entering workplaces, where employees’ understanding and use of AI tools varies widely, Employee Data provides an accurate picture of their real needs.
      As a HappySignals owner, you can:
      • Ask employees directly about work patterns and responsibilities
      • See how employees are grouped by roles and work patterns and how these groups influence overall organization happiness
      • Drill down into which types of employees are unhappy or losing the most time

      Employee Data questions

      Employee Data survey consists of a variety of ready-made questions and includes IT Profile questions. 

      • Employee Data questions are asked after any survey regardless of the measurement area.
      • It's possible to pick as many questions as it feels relevant to tailor employees’ experience and customize specific roles in one of the questions.
      • AI questions are created to ensure the context of how employees perceive AI in the work environment.
      • Employee data given by users is also linked to their earlier feedback. This means you can analyze results from the past, too.

      How to enable Employee Data

      1. Decide which questions will be asked from the list.
      2. If Role question is active, decide on the roles (max 12 options, 6-8 recommended).
      3. Contact your Customer Success Manager to provide the information and enable the data collection.

      Microsoft Teams Integrations

      Employee Data questions are available in Teams, since they are included in the regular surveys.
