Add a personal touch with your company's branded surveys theme

While the survey content (texts, options, etc.) is fixed to maintain consistency and benchmarking, you can still add a personal touch with your company’s branded survey theme

All color and other branding changes are applied to all HappySignals survey forms, including "Thank you" page displayed after a form submit.

Note: However, changes do not apply to error pages related to the service.

Branding options available

Standard vs. Branded version of the survey

You can customize the following elements:

  1. Main color:
    Used in the score selection, "Continue" or "Submit" button, and selected options.
  2. Corresponding color
    Color of the font when an option is chosen – black or white (whichever fits best with that main color as background, see the picture below).

3. Company logo:

  • Replace a standard HappySignals logo with your own.
  • The logo appears in the top-left corner of the survey form.
  • Logo with a transparent background in SVG format (PNG as an option).

4. Privacy Policy: provide us with the link to the company Privacy Policy, if that is required in your organization.
