Where and how to find out about HappySignals product updates and releases
We’re constantly working to enhance the HappySignals platform. Sometimes we launch exciting new features, while other times we make smaller improvements to existing features.
We announce major releases in advance to some groups of users, and also communicate about new features in many ways to all platform users. For smaller improvements, we mainly communicate about them through our Release Notes only.
Here we've gathered all of the ways you can learn about what's new on the platform, what are new features for and how to use them.
Release notes about all product updates
Stay up to date about what we've released lately through our Release Notes, where we mention everything from smaller enhancements to new features launched.
For smaller enhancements, this is usually the only place we communicate about them – other than when you notice them while using the platform, of course!
When we launch new features or make major changes, you'll hear about them in more ways
Advanced heads-up about major releases
If you're a HappySignals Champion or Tool Owner in your organization, you'll get an email about new features two weeks prior to their launch, so you can share the updates with your colleagues in advance too if you wish.
If we're making major changes to the platform that might affect you, HappySignals Champions or Tool Owners will also be informed by your Customer Success Manager at least a few months in advance.
Email announcement to all platform users
On the day new features are launched, all platform users will get an email describing what's new with pictures or videos, and links to learn more. Keep an eye on your mailbox!
In-platform announcement
Our new features are always communicated through the In-platform announcement. Do not click away, there are links to relevant support pages and/or platform pages where the feature is located.
Feature article
The Emails and In-platform announcements will both lead you to an article about the specific new feature(s) on our Knowledge Base. This is the primary source of truth about any feature, how and why you should use it.

Feature demo video
Sometimes, we create short videos to introduce new features we're really excited about in a more engaging format.
These videos are usually included in the email announcement and feature articles. Feel free to share them with other HappySignals users in your company, so they can start benefiting from the latest product upgrades too.
Product training session
We sometimes hold an online product training session for customers a few weeks after launching new features. You'll get an email invite in advance. Join us to learn more and ask any questions you have!
