New features and minor changes to HappySignals IT Experience ServiceNow store application.
New survey type: Overall IT Experience
'Overall IT Experience' Survey added for understanding IT as a whole, and identifying which Measurement Areas require more dedicated and detailed surveys.
Description field also added to the layout to provide a space for making notes about planned surveys.
All IT Experience (ITX) reference email templates updated with refreshed survey texts. Text changes do not impact customers who have been using ITX emails.
Internal changes- Two new link parameters added, source system and source channel (indicating which channel the survey is sent to).
- For cases where a survey is routed to multiple channels, changes made to generate survey hash code such that it remains the same across the different channels used.
- Link creator datetimestamp (d param) to use iso time format.
- Fixed handling of invalid user records as part of user group (for users whose names are missing).
