Release 1.20 contains updates that enable further development of co-design features and provide the possibility to view response quality statistics on our Experience Management Platform.
New feature: Response Quality
Requires HappySignals Analytics Administrator level role.
- With this new Response Quality view you can follow how actively your employees are giving optional additional details with their feedback.
Technical update: Experimental features capability
- Will eventually enable HappySignals to share new features under development for selected customers for testing and co-design purposes.
