Updated the open text feedback question in surveys sent via Teams to align with the improved question previously introduced in the browser survey form.
The new question encourages respondents to write richer feedback with details that help IT to improve. It has more specific wording, and will be tailored depending on whether the respondent gave a positive or negative score.
Minor tweaks
Hid a message stating "Your response was sent to the app" when interacting with the survey.
Bug fixes
Fixed an issue where IT Support Profile was incorrectly determined when responding via Teams.
