HappySignals Surveys via Teams Releases

Last updated 29th of September 2025

September 2025 (1.3.2)

  • Minor changes to initial survey card structure
    • Moved the survey rating scale explainer text (eg. 0 = Poor, 10 = Awesome) above the scale. This change was made to indicate that the scale continues to the second row even in cases where only the first row is visible.
    • Changed the survey rating scale row structure so that first row contains numbers 0 to 4 and second row contains numbers 5 to 10. This change was made to reduce the likelyhood of the number 5 being misinterpreted as the highest rating possible. Scale 0 to 4 was selected as it is not commonly used as a independent scale in experience measurement.
  • Added support for new HappySignals Survey Experience
    • With the new survey flow people receive the initial survey message through Teams but as they click on a rating the HappySignals survey will open on a new browser window/tab instead to walking through the survey content within Teams.
  • Bug fixes
    • Fixed a bug where Right-To-Left languages (eg. Arabic and Hebrew) were showing incorrect number-explainer text combination.

February 2025 (1.3.1)

  • Improved open text feedback question
    • Updated the open text feedback question in surveys sent via Teams to align with the improved question previously introduced in the browser survey form.
    • The new question encourages respondents to write richer feedback with details that help IT to improve. It has more specific wording, and will be tailored depending on whether the respondent gave a positive or negative score.
  • Minor tweaks
    • Hid a message stating "Your response was sent to the app" when interacting with the survey.
  • Bug fixes
    • Fixed an issue where IT Support Profile was incorrectly determined when responding via Teams.
