ADMIN: Filter and Target Configuration / ESM
- You can now select the top 4 filters for each ESM type – like HR, IT etc.
- You can now set filter names / ESM
- You can now set individual targets / ESM
ADMIN: Copy invitation link from Pending Invites Context menu
- If an invitee does not receive an invite link, you can use the said feature to copy it and send in an email.
ADMIN: Activity Log
- See the actions of users in a comprehensive list
LIVE SCREENS: New Screens
- Volumes, Best vs. Worst (defaults to Service filter), Score Distribution, Channel
- Feedback Live Screen now holds a lot of more text.
ANALYTICS:
- Use the Lost Time graph to filter everything (click on a bar!)
- You can now share a private QuickSignal by using a url – not so private anymore.
- Select “Show less” in filter boxes gracefully scrolls to an appropriate place in the screen (this was the case of loooong lists of values)
...and some other fixes too.
