How should we communicate to our employees about HappySignals?

Communicate openly and show results.

To motivate your employees to start and keep scoring the tickets and giving feedback, sharing the results and subsequent development actions is extremely important. You don’t necessarily need to announce taking HappySignals in use, but it’s good to show all employees how your Happiness scores develop and what changes are made based on the feedback.

Communicate continually and openly to create trust. Make the results visible.
