Customizing the message content in ServiceNow

The actual content of the Teams message is configured in ServiceNow under the HappySignals module at Surveys Via Teams > Greeting Messages. In ServiceNow, you can define separate greeting messages for different use cases. The message used depends on the ServiceNow table from which the response record is created. For example, responses created from incident, request, or other tables can each use their own greeting message. This allows you to tailor the message text based on the process or use case without changing the Teams administration settings.
